Respecting each other's time is very important. Please review my policy before booking: Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no show. No Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be blocked from booking through my website. No Show Fee: A 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged for all no shows. Rebooking After a No Show: In order to book again, your no show fee must be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment. Late cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Repeated cancellations will result in restricted booking privileges. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and other clients' appointments.
